Robert C. Williams

Practicing for 50 years, Robert Williams has represented clients in over 500 liquor license transfers and has participated in over 1,000 disciplinary actions, both on the local and state level. 

Experience

Since 1975, he has represented clients in over 500 applications for development before planning and zoning boards. Robert was formerly a member of the Division of Alcoholic Beverage Advisory Committee. He has developed and participated in seminars and lectures for the Essex County Bar Association, New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education, The New Jersey League of Municipalities, Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control, Essex County Municipal Clerk’s Association and various other entities on land use matters and New Jersey Alcoholic Beverage
Control law.
