Matthew J. Mailloux Joins Post Polak

Post Polak is pleased to welcome Matthew J. Mailloux as Counsel. Matthew brings more than 15 years of experience, having served as an Assistant United States Attorney at the United States Attorney’s Offices for the District of New Jersey and Eastern District of New York. He successfully represented more than 35 federal entities in hundreds of complex healthcare, fraud, regulatory, administrative, affirmative, defensive, tort, environmental, bankruptcy, contract, and real estate matters.

Matthew has resolved matters at all stages of dispute, through direct negotiations, pre-litigation counseling, motion practice, mediations and arbitrations, trials, and appeals before the Second and Third Circuits. He led numerous government investigations, coordinating with Federal law enforcement agencies, inspectors general offices and other Department of Justice components, as well as the New York State Attorney General’s Office on financial and healthcare fraud matters.

Matthew began his legal career as an Attorney General’s Honors Program hire, working for the Department of Justice’s Office of Aviation and Admiralty litigation. There, he handled a wide range of matters concerning maritime, contract, environmental, air carrier, air traffic control, and other aviation-related issues.

Matthew is a welcome addition to Post Polak’s Airport Law, Commercial Litigation, Corporate & Business Law, and Employment Law practices.
