Christine Faustini

Christine M. Faustini has extensive experience in land use law, including affordable housing law, and New Jersey real estate transactions. Her practice also includes municipal government, contracts, labor and employment law, and insurance defense. She has litigation experience in New Jersey state and federal courts, having handled matters from the initial court filings, through the discovery process, until resolution, as well as appellate court practice.

Experience

Christine is involved in preparing land use development applications, representing developers and objectors before municipal land use boards, and directly interacting with her clients’ professional teams as well as the respective land use board’s secretary, attorney, planner and engineer. She regularly prepares expert witnesses and testimony outlines, as well as Prerogative Writ Complaints, motions, orders, briefs, supporting Certifications, written discovery demands and responses. In addition, she participates in oral arguments of motions; prepares Appellate Court initial filings, briefs and appendices; and reviews land use board and trial transcripts. Christine has represented clients in the recently-created Affordable Housing Dispute Resolution Program.

In her legal career, Christine has been associated with several prominent law firms throughout New Jersey.
